Free Public Concerts

Fremont Symphony Orchestra will present the 43rd Annual Free Concerts on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 10:15 am and 11:45 am at the Epler Gymnasium, Ohlone College, 43600 Mission Blvd. in Fremont. While the concerts are open to the general public with a program for all ages, their primary aim is to introduce young listeners to classical symphonic music. To make reservations or request more information, email, or call the Symphony office at 510-371-4860.

Since 1975, Fremont Symphony Orchestra’s Children’s Concerts have provided an opportunity for several thousand school-age children from public and private schools in Fremont, Newark and Union City to hear live symphonic music—many for the first time.  The concerts include original compositions by Fremont schoolchildren, professionally arranged and performed by the Fremont Symphony Orchestra.

  • The 10:15 performance is reserved for most FUSD schools. The 11:45 performance is reserved for any remaining FUSD schools, schools in the Newark and New Haven School Districts, private schools and anyone wishing to attend.
  • There is an elevator for those with disabilities.
  • Please reserve your space in advance. All reservations are processed in the order received. Space is not guaranteed.
